The Herdade do Vau vineyard is located in the Baixo Alentejo, close to the banks of the River Guadiana, at altitudes of between 70 and 90 meters. It is in this vineyard, where temperatures reach 48º in the middle of summer, that RISO is born, a unique wine, the fruit of the will and dream of one man - Miguel Sousa Otto.
Wine tastings and visits to the vineyard are possible. All you have to do is contact us and make an appointment!
